How the How to Network in College curriculum came about:

Graduated from Princeton University in 2013 unemployed!

Received the book Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi as a gift.

Implemented techniques inspired by Never Eat Alone to land job offers from J.P. Morgan, NCAA, and Princeton University.

While working at Princeton University, created a program for undergraduates called Profound Ivy. Continued to test the power of networking while teaching academic efficiency, career planning, and leadership.

This lead to writing best selling book, How to Network in College.

Created curriculum derived from How to Network in College and taught Profound Ivy students for 3 years where 90% of students landed dream internship or dream job.

New Student Orientation Program

New Student Orientation programs are implemented on college campuses across the globe to help usher in a new class full of young bright individuals; a quintessential moment for most if not all incoming students. These students put their faith and finances into their soon-to-be alma mater, trusting that they will be provided opportunities to lead to postgraduate success. Isaac Serwanga, much like many other college graduates, found himself in what felt like a peculiar situation when he realized far too late that he had graduated from one of the top institutions of higher education with no job in sight. Nonetheless, his situation was far from uncommon: statistics show that in 2015, 86% of graduates had no career prospects for their post-campus lives according to a poll conducted by AfterCollege.
